Insurance and payment.
We submit claims electronically to most Canadian insurers, so in most cases you only pay the portion your plan does not cover. Bring your insurance details to your first visit and we will handle the rest.
If you are not insured, ask us about payment options before treatment begins. You will always get the cost in writing first.
In a dental emergency.
Call 519-944-5757 rather than booking online. We keep slots open for urgent problems, and the fastest way into one of them is the phone.
If a permanent tooth has been knocked out, keep it moist in milk or saliva, handle it by the crown and not the root, and call us straight away.
